Emily Martinez Robles
Hi! I'm a Visual Storyteller based in Fresno, California, specializing in film and photography. I work throughout the Bay Area and am open to relocating for creative opportunities.
My work ranges from portraits, experimental photography, short films and documentaries, social media content, to event production. Across production, I am a producer, writer, director, camera operator, and editor, bringing stories to life from concept to completion.
My storytelling journey began by documenting Fresno's urban landscape and local voices. I graduated this spring from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Film and B.S. in Society and Environment. At Berkeley, I developed my practice in writing, producing, directing, and editing through film production courses and student film organizations.
At the heart of my art are stories rooted in community, centered on amplifying underrepresented narratives to inspire others to see the value in their own stories.
